使用 Sayable 即表示你同意本用户协议。请在使用服务或购买订阅前阅读以下内容。

一、我们提供什么

Sayable 帮助你把想说的内容练成能够表达出来的目标语言： 将你写下的母语内容转换成自然的目标语言表达，拆分成可练习的句子和语义块， 对朗读进行评分，并按照记忆规律安排复习。

二、账号

• 你可以不注册就使用完整的学习流程，数据会保存在与设备绑定的游客账号下。
• 通过 Apple 或邮箱注册后，学习记录会与账号关联，并可在其他设备登录后恢复。
• 游客账号绑定登录方式时，账号与已有学习数据保持不变。
• 一个设备标识对应一个游客账号。清除 App 数据或更换设备后，游客账号可能无法找回。

三、订阅与购买

• 免费版每天可创建的新表达数量有限；已经学会的内容可继续免费复习。
• 订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购完成。商品价格、币种、订阅周期和可用试用 以购买确认页面显示的信息为准。
• 确认购买后，费用将由 Apple 从你的 Apple 账户收取。订阅会自动续订， 除非你在当前订阅周期结束至少 24 小时前取消。Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向账户收取下一周期费用。
• 你可以在设备的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。 续订、取消和退款均由 Apple 处理，Sayable 无法代为操作。
• “恢复购买”会向 App Store 查询与你的 Apple 账户关联的有效购买记录。

四、AI 生成内容

• 翻译、拆句、语义块和造句判定由大模型生成，可能出现错误。 生成结果仅作为语言学习材料，不是权威译文或专业意见。
• 发音分数由第三方语音评测服务生成，并会受到录音环境和设备的影响。 当录音无法可靠评分时，Sayable 会将该次练习标记为无法评分，不计入成绩。

五、使用限制

你不得：

• 上传违法内容或他人的私密信息。
• 通过自动化手段批量调用接口或干扰服务正常运行。
• 试图绕过订阅额度或其他访问限制。

六、服务变更与终止

Sayable 的功能可能调整或停止提供。对于影响已购权益的重大变更， 我们会提前在 App 内说明。

Terms of Service (English)

By using Sayable, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the service or purchasing a subscription.

1. What we provide

Sayable helps you turn what you want to say into target-language expressions you can actually use. It transforms content written in your own language into natural target-language expressions, breaks them into practiceable sentences and semantic chunks, scores your reading, and schedules review based on memory principles.

2. Accounts

• You can use the full learning flow without signing up. Your data is then stored under a guest account tied to the device.
• After signing up with Apple or email, your learning records are linked to your account and can be restored on another device.
• Linking a sign-in method to a guest account keeps the account and its existing learning data.
• One device identifier maps to one guest account. Clearing app data or changing devices may make a guest account unrecoverable.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• The free plan limits new expressions created each day. Reviewing content you have already learned remains free.
• Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. The price, currency, subscription period, and any available trial are shown on the purchase confirmation screen.
• Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the account for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple; Sayable cannot perform them for you.
• Restore Purchases asks the App Store for active purchases associated with your Apple Account.

4. AI-generated content

• Translation, splitting, semantic chunks, and sentence judgements are generated by a large language model and may be wrong. The results are language-learning material, not an authoritative translation or professional advice.
• Pronunciation scores are generated by a third-party speech assessment service and can be affected by your recording environment and device. If a recording cannot be scored reliably, Sayable marks it as unscorable and it does not count against you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful content or another person's private information.
• Use automation to call the API in bulk or interfere with normal operation of the service.
• Attempt to bypass subscription quotas or other access limits.

6. Changes and termination

Sayable features may change or be discontinued. We will explain material changes that affect purchased benefits inside the app in advance.
