隐私政策

我们只收集让 Sayable 正常提供多语言表达学习与语言练习功能所需的数据。 以下说明我们实际收集什么、为什么收集，以及保留多久。

一、我们收集什么

账号信息

• 游客使用：设备标识，用于让同一台设备复用同一个游客账号。
• 注册用户：邮箱，或“通过 Apple 登录”返回的用户标识。如果你选择隐藏邮箱， 我们收到的是 Apple 提供的转发地址。
• 昵称（仅在你主动填写时）。

学习内容

• 你写下的母语内容，以及基于该内容生成的目标语言句子、语义块和语法要点。
• 你的学习偏好，包括母语、目标语言、水平、目标场景、每日句数、口音、 教学慢速和提醒时间。

练习记录

• 每次练习的关卡、得分、语音转写结果和时间。
• 你的练习录音默认不保存，评分后会立即丢弃。 只有你在“设置 → 声音与发音 → 练习录音”主动打开后， 录音才会保存在你的账号下，供你回听发音并用于校准评分门槛。 录音不会公开，也不会用于其他用途。你可以随时关闭该设置； 注销账号时，已保存的录音会一并删除。

我们不收集

• 通讯录、相册、位置或剪贴板内容。
• 广告标识符。Sayable 不展示广告，也不进行广告画像投放。

二、麦克风

Sayable 只在你主动开始口语练习时录音，不在后台录音，也不监听环境声音。 如果拒绝麦克风权限，你仍可查看和复习文字学习内容，但无法获得发音评分。

三、第三方处理者

为完成功能，以下必要数据会发送给第三方处理者：

Apple 负责处理购买、续订、取消和退款，并向 Sayable 提供签名交易信息。 具体供应商由服务端配置决定，可能随时间调整。我们只发送完成对应功能所必需的内容， 不会向这些处理者发送你的账号密码。

四、个性化

“设置 → 隐私与数据 → 个性化分析”控制生成学习内容时是否将你的学习目标提供给模型。关闭后，生成只依据当前内容、语言和你的水平。 该开关不控制其他数据处理。

五、数据保留

• 学习内容与练习记录：保留到你注销账号。
• 练习录音：默认不保存；主动打开保存后，与学习记录同期保留。
• 注销账号有冷静期，冷静期内可以取消。冷静期结束后，相关数据将被永久删除且无法恢复。

六、你的选择与权利

• 导出：“设置 → 隐私与数据 → 导出我的学习数据”。
• 删除：“设置 → 账户与同步 → 注销账号”。
• 关闭个性化：按照第四条所述关闭。
• 清除本地缓存：“设置 → 隐私与数据 → 清除本地缓存”。 该操作会删除设备上下载的示范音和录音副本，不影响服务端的学习记录。

七、儿童

Sayable 面向成年语言学习者，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。

Privacy Policy (English)

We collect only the data Sayable needs to provide multilingual expression learning and language practice. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

Account information

• Guest use: a device identifier, so the same device can reuse the same guest account.
• Registered users: your email address or the user identifier returned by Sign in with Apple. If you choose Hide My Email, we receive an Apple relay address.
• A nickname, only if you choose to provide one.

Learning content

• Content you write in your own language, and the target-language sentences, semantic chunks, and grammar notes generated from it.
• Your preferences, including native and target languages, level, goals, daily sentence count, accent, teaching speed, and reminder time.

Practice records

• The step, score, speech transcript, and time of each practice attempt.
• Practice recordings are not saved by default and are discarded after scoring. They are stored under your account only if you turn on Settings → Voice & pronunciation → Practice recordings, so you can listen back and we can calibrate scoring thresholds. They are never public or used for another purpose. You can turn the setting off at any time, and deleting your account also deletes stored recordings.

What we do not collect

• Contacts, photos, location, or clipboard contents.
• Advertising identifiers. Sayable has no ads and does not build profiles for advertising.

2. Microphone

Sayable records only when you actively start speaking practice. It does not record in the background or listen to ambient sound. If you deny microphone access, you can still read and review text learning content, but pronunciation scoring will not be available.

3. Third-party processors

Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds, and provides Sayable with signed transaction data. Specific providers are configured on the server and may change over time. We send only what the relevant feature needs, never your account password.

4. Personalization

Settings → Privacy & data → Personalization controls whether your learning goalsare provided to the model when learning content is generated. When it is off, generation uses only the current content, language, and your level. The switch does not control other processing.

5. Data retention

• Learning content and practice records are kept until you delete your account.
• Practice recordings are not kept by default. If enabled, they are kept with your learning records.
• Account deletion has a cooling-off period and can be cancelled during that period. When the period ends, the related data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Your choices and rights

• Export: Settings → Privacy & data → Export my learning data.
• Delete: Settings → Account & sync → Delete account.
• Disable personalization: use the setting described in section 4.
• Clear local cache: Settings → Privacy & data → Clear local cache removes downloaded model audio and local recording copies, but does not remove server learning records.

7. Children

Sayable is intended for adult language learners and is not directed to children under 13.
